Nov. 2nd 2021 Menu Tasting (Election Day)

CASA BELLA GROUP MENU TASTING

This is an opportunity for booked clients, family & friends to come and taste our chef's choice menu and gain confidence in the integrity of our chef's menu. Not all menu items will be available at the tastings, our chef aims to have you see his style, craft & expertise at these events. 

Menu tastings are free for all booked clients (brides and grooms) or $50 per person for non-booked clients and/or guests.

Appetizers will be passed from 6PM - 6:30PM with the buffet open from 6:30PM - 7:30PM for tasting. 

Tastings are done buffet style for all clients.

If a tasting group does not meet our minimum for a full-service buffet, Casa Bella will alter menu specific to groups attending and contact you directly. 

Sample Sit Down/Plated meals will be on display for viewing.  

These tastings are held at Casa Bella and each couple will have a private table with their guests. 

We ask that you arrive promptly to help us make the experience for all as efficient as possible, we can not accommodate late arrivals. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION: 

Booked Brides & Grooms of Casa Bella will receive 1 free tasting opportunity for themselves to taste our cuisine. Booked clients can select the free registration option. 

All family, friends & guests of clients who wish to taste must pre-register and pay in advance in order to attend. Tickets for guests are $51.06 which includes a Paypal service and processing fee.

In order to minimize guests registering but not attending, we are no longer allowing guests to register and pay at the door. 

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tastings are non-refundable and will require you to purchase new tickets and/or forfeit your free tasting opportunity. If you need to reschedule before the 72 hours we are happy to reschedule your tasting at no additional charge.

MENU:

Appetizers: Crab Cakes, Chorizo Wrapped Date, Cambozola Bruschetta & Chicken Skewers 

Entrees: Carved Tri-Tip, Filet Mignon, Chicken Marsala, Mediterranean Chicken & Grilled Salmon

Sides: Cajan Pasta, Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Steamed Vegetables

Salads: Mixed Greens & Caesar Salad 

Served with a selection of artisan bread 

Drinks: Soda, water & wines for tasting
